Who runs this site
CopyDay is operated by Mateen Taba, doing business as Mateen Taba Photography.
What we collect
When the waitlist is open and you sign up, we collect your email address, what you shoot, your typical number of cards, your current import tool, and the time and version of your consent.
How we use it
We use this information to manage beta invitations, send CopyDay launch updates, and understand photographers’ import workflows. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
The site is intended to be hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information to deliver and protect it. When enabled, Loops stores waitlist details and delivers our emails. These providers may process information outside your country.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. If enabled, Plausible measures aggregate site usage without advertising profiles. We do not send waitlist answers or email addresses to analytics.
Your choices and retention
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. We keep waitlist details while needed for the beta and launch, or until you request deletion, except information needed to honor an unsubscribe or meet legal obligations. Hosting providers may retain security logs under their own policies.
Contact and deletion requests
To ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, contact Mateen through his photography website and mention CopyDay.
